HONOR NEWS: Vietnamese contestants at the Top of the International Physics Competition
According to the final report from the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), this year’s PhysicsBowl 2024 competition had nearly 11,600 students from 484 schools, from Australia, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vietnam participating, along with 675 schools from China.
Extremely proud that Vietnam has 3 candidates honored on the official AAPT website with extremely admirable achievements:
- Nguyen Huu Anh Khoa, student of Vietnam Australia International School Ho Chi Minh City – Top 10 Overall division 2 Scores: Region 15-21 (Top 10 highest scores in Category 2 within the region 15-21 of Asian and Middle Eastern countries)
- Tran Le Thien Nhan – Quoc Hoc Hue High School Top 10 Overall division 2 Scores Region 20 (Asian countries other than China) ️
- Truong Quang Dieu – Reigate Grammar School Vietnam – Top 10 Overall division 2 Scores Region 20 (Asian countries other than China) ️
