Introduction

The LSESU Economics Society – Economics Challenge is a prestigious international academic competition for high school students passionate about economics and mathematics. Organized by the LSESU Economics Society, the largest and most academically influential society at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), the challenge aims to inspire young scholars to explore real-world economics and prepare for university-level study.

With academic guidance from LSE Economics professors, this competition integrates 50% of international high school curriculum content and 50% of LSE undergraduate-level economics, providing participants with a genuine experience of academic rigor at one of the world’s top economics institutions.

Eligibility: Grades 9–12 (Ages 14–18)
