Vietnam at the Forefront of Global Digital Safety
For the first time in history, Vietnam proudly hosted the signing of the Hanoi Convention, a milestone that underscored its leadership and commitment to building a safe, humane, and trustworthy digital world.
In response to this landmark, the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) under the Ministry of Public Security launched the national campaign “No One Alone – Together for Online Safety”, advocating that online security is not just a technical matter, but a shared responsibility and collective journey.
As part of this national movement, Wellspring Hanoi was chosen as the first educational institution in Vietnam to host the Cyber Day 2025 event — a recognition of its pioneering role in promoting digital literacy, student well-being, and AI ethics.
Held under the theme “Being Well – Being Me in the Digital World”, Cyber Day brought together leaders from ministries, international organizations, technology corporations, and schools across Hanoi to discuss how to build a safe, positive, and future-ready online environment for the next generation.
